Gwinnett Aquatics is seeking a full-time Head Age Group Swim Coach in our Snellville, Georgia facility to be responsible for the following job duties:

• Redesign fitness program to create biologically-tailored, year-round fitness regimens for athletes which will include strength training and conditioning in the pool and on dry land, developing fitness videos, instructing swimmers on competitive techniques, setting goals for other coaches, teams, and individual swimmers, implement curriculum for a team of paid assistant coaches, attend coaches' meetings, work together with the head coach to implement new programs, hold seasonal swim meetings with swimmers to discuss goals and achievements, attend and manage competitive swim meets including overseeing the athletes, and maintain electronic communications, marketing, and social media with the team and the public via the club website, social media, and coaches' blog.
• Help Gwinnett Aquatics grow its national and state ranking and develop and attract better athletes - ultimately becoming a better qualify team teaching all of our athletes the value of a fit lifestyle.
• Make tailor-made exercise programs for our swimmers to help them develop to their full potential and become better swimmers as they advance their careers.
• Ensure the safety and correctness of its exercise program so that there will be no increased risk of injury for young swimmers and that the demands placed on athletes are not more than they are physically capable of.
• Ensure the growth of both our organization and its athletes.
• Travel to regional swim meets several times per year in different locations in the Southeast region.
• Travel to national coaches' conference once per year in varying US locations.

Candidate(s) shall meet the following requirements: BA Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or equivalent, and 24 months of experience as a swim coach. Incumbent must be certified in CPR and Certified Level 2 or above by ASCA.
