Gwinnett Aquatics Masters

 

Our Masters group continues to have both a great time and great workouts! We have hour long in-water practices Mon/Wed/Fri 12noon-1:00pm. Tue/Thu we workout 6:00pm-7:00pm - about 15 min of on deck dryland warmup and 45 min swim. It is being coached by Coach Andrea midday and Coach Hugh in the evenings. We may add morning workouts if there is interest.

Swimmers should already be comfortable swimming laps but don't necessarily need to know all the strokes. At each practice there are different levels of workouts so anyone should be able to find a level they are comfortable with.

Some swimmers in the group also attend a few meets there is about one each month starting in October. Registration is $70 and monthly dues are $90/month. You can register by clicking on the button below.
